The Tao of Pooh and the Te of Piglet by Benjamin Hoff

Today we went back to the Forest as beautiful as always to find somewhere selling Christmas trees. We have even brought one back on the car from a lot somewhere in Germany and its growing in our garden. And then we drove on to Hartfield where there is a shop where A A Milne used to buy boiled sweets we were told by a Japanese lady running it, not far from all the places he wrote about and discovered amongst all the cuddly Poohs, Tiggers, Owls and Eeyores, an interesting book  ‘the Tao of Pooh and the Te of Piglet’. Not a book i was expecting to find.

Havn’t read much yet but something always wanted to understand. While back someone gave me a book written by Lao-Tse and never managed to read it, probably because life was buzzing with a million things. Guess the principles were lost on me but the way this book is written for someone like me, is magical and strait forward. There are many funny, sweet quotes from the mouth of Pooh that help to explain Taoism, special because we drove thru the 100 acre wood on the way home.
